Dell TechDirect

Dell TechDirect is a centralized portal for managing the deployment and configuration of Dell EMC products.

Types of Assets Fetched

This adapter fetches the following types of assets:

Parameters

1. Host Name or IP Address (required, default apigtwpc2.us.dell.com) - The hostname or IP address of the Dell TechDirect server.

2. Client ID (required, default: empty) - The credentials for a user account that has the Permissions to fetch assets.

3. Client Secret (required, default: empty) - A Client Secret Key associated with a user account that has the Permission to fetch assets.

4. Service Tags (required, default: empty) - A single or multiple service tags separated by commas.

5. Service Tags File (optional) - Upload a file with service tags. Each new row in the file is a tag. The adapter uses these tags in the file and in the Service Tags field.

6. Verify SSL - Select whether to verify the SSL certificate of the server against the CA database inside of Axonius. For more details, see SSL Trust & CA Settings.

7. HTTPS Proxy (optional) - Connect the adapter to a proxy instead of directly connecting it to the domain.

8. HTTPS Proxy User Name (optional) - The user name to use when connecting to the value supplied in Host Name or IP Address via the value supplied in HTTPS Proxy.

9. HTTPS Proxy Password (optional) - The password to use when connecting to the server using the HTTPS Proxy.
