Chat History Retention

Use Chat History Retention to control how long the Axonius AI Agent stores individual chats.

To set the retention period for chat history:

1. From the top right corner of any page, click (System Settings). The System Settings page opens.
2. In the Categories/Subcategories pane of the System Settings page, expand AI Settings, and select AI Usage.
3. In the Chat History Retention settings, click Retention Period.
4. Select one of the following options:
   • 30 days — Axonius deletes chat history older than 30 days.
   • 60 days — Axonius deletes chat history older than 60 days.
   • 90 days — Axonius deletes chat history older than 90 days.
   • Indefinitely — Axonius retains chat history with no expiration.
5. Click Save.
