The Symantec Cloud Workload Protection (CWP) adapter automates security policy enforcement to protect public cloud workloads.

To generate an authentication token used to fetch information, the Symantec Cloud Workload Protection (CWP) adapter connection requires the following parameters:

  1. Domain - use the following domain: scwp.securitycloud.symantec.com
  2. Domain Id - enter your unique domain Id
  3. Customer Id - enter your unique identifier
  4. Client Id - enter the client ID to be used to get the token
  5. Client Secret - enter the secret key that should be shared and stored securely. You can renew the client secret key on the Symantec Cloud Workload Protection product portal.
  6. Verify SSL - choose whether to verify the SSL certificate of the server.
  7. HTTPS Proxy (optional) - enter details if the connection to the API requires a proxy.
