General Settings

Configuring General AI Settings

Use the General Settings page to manage and enable AI capabilities across your environment.

To access General Settings

1. From the top right corner of any page, click (System Settings). The System Settings page opens.
2. In the Categories/Subcategories pane of the System Settings page, expand AI Settings, and select General Settings.

The following settings are available:

• Enable Axonius AI — Enable AI chat and assistant capabilities in Axonius. When enabled, users in your environment can access the Axonius AI Agent chat and all other AI features.

• Chat History Retention — Set how long Axonius retains AI chat history. Select a retention period from the list. The retention sweep runs every 24 hours, so messages older than the retention period disappear within a day of being saved.

• Scheduled Task Emails — Select this option to allow scheduled tasks to send their reports by email.

• AI Workforce — Select this option to run the AI Workforce automatically after every discovery cycle.
