Axonius supports Jira Ticket Created as an event in a Workflow. Whenever a ticket is opened in Jira, an event is created. All Workflows configured with this event are then triggered.
Before including this event in a Workflow the first time, you need to enable events in the Atlassian adapter. Learn how to enable events in the Atlassian adapter from System Settings.
Also, in the Jira Service Management (Service Desk) Fetch Tickets adapter, the Enable real-time asset updates (Supported events: New Tickets) advanced option should be enabled.
