Addigy

Addigy is a real-time Apple mobile device management platform (MDM) that is combined with live agent capabilities.

Types of Assets Fetched

This adapter fetches the following types of assets:

• Devices
• Users
• Software
• SaaS Applications

Parameters

1. Host Name or IP Address (required, default: api.addigy.com) - The hostname or IP address of the Addigy server.
2. API Version - The credentials you enter depend on the Addigy API version that you connect to:

5. Verify SSL - Select whether to verify the SSL certificate of the server against the CA database inside of Axonius. For more details, see SSL Trust & CA Settings.

6. HTTPS Proxy (optional) - Connect the adapter to a proxy instead of directly connecting it to the domain.

7. HTTPS Proxy User Name (optional) - The user name to use when connecting to the value supplied in Host Name or IP Address via the value supplied in HTTPS Proxy.

8. HTTPS Proxy Password (optional) - The password to use when connecting to the server using the HTTPS Proxy.

APIs

Axonius uses the Addigy API.

The adapter calls the following endpoints, relative to https://{Host Name or IP Address}:

API v1

• GET /api/devices - Fetch devices.
• GET /api/mdm/user - Fetch users.
• GET /api/applications - Fetch installed applications.

API v2

• POST /api/v2/devices - Fetch devices.
• GET /api/v2/mdm/commands/device-users/query - Fetch users.
• POST /api/v2/oa/installed-apps/mdm/query - Fetch installed applications from MDM.
• POST /api/v2/oa/installed-apps/agent/query - Fetch installed applications from the agent.

Required Permissions

The value supplied in Client ID (API v1) or API Key (API v2) must have Read-only permissions to fetch assets.
