- More fields - Fields that don't have a value under hide when empty. Fields that do have a value in the Details group.
- Add or change the parent issue
- Change the issue type - For example, Task, Bug
- Log and track time - Enable or disable time tracking, control who has permission to log time.
- App content and field tabs in glances
- Categorize issues with labels
Configuring Jira to Send Events to Axonius
Before including the Jira Ticket Updated event in a Workflow the first time, you need to do the following:
- Enable events in the Jira adapter. Learn how to enable events in the Jira adapter from System Settings.
- In the Jira Service Management (Service Desk) Fetch Tickets adapter, enable the Enable real-time asset updates (Supported events: New Tickets) advanced option.
Adding the Jira Ticket Updated Event to the Workflow
You can add Jira Ticket Updated as the triggering Event of a Workflow or as an event anywhere else in the Workflow, where relevant. When this event occurs, the Workflow begins or continues running.
To select the Jira Ticket Updated event as the Workflow trigger
- In the Trigger Type pane, under Incident Created or Updated, click the Jira Ticket Updated tile.
The Workflow is triggered each time a Jira ticket is updated. The next node runs on the retrieved ticket.
To select Jira Ticket Updated as a non-triggering event
- In the Event pane, under Incident Created or Updated, click the Jira Ticket Updated tile.
In this case, when a Jira ticket is updated by the User retrieved from the previous node, an event occurs, and the Workflow continues running.
