Axonius for Healthcare

The Axonius platform extends its asset intelligence capabilities through the dedicated Axonius for Healthcare product offering, specifically designed to secure the complex, converged IoT/OT environment. This solution provides comprehensive visibility and control across traditional blind spots by focusing on these distinct asset categories: IT assets, IoT devices, OT devices, and specialized IoMT devices.

Axonius for Healthcare leverages passive network monitoring to achieve comprehensive, automated discovery of all IT, IoT, OT, and medical devices (IoMT) across the network. This process is carried out by the Axonius Network Inspector server appliance connected to a core switch SPAN port, where it analyzes mirrored traffic via deep packet inspection (DPI).

This intelligence is then channeled into purpose-built sections, including the IoT/OT Discovery Workspace and the Medical Devices Management Workspace, enabling security and biomedical teams to apply risk-based policy enforcement, vulnerability handling, and compliance reporting for critical facility operations.

This focused visibility enables teams to apply domain-specific security controls, including vulnerability and risk handling, network segmentation validation, compliance reporting, and more.
