Viewing Campaign Approvers
Use the Approvers tab to view all approvers assigned to an Access Review campaign, track their certification progress, and manage approver assignments.
To change an approver for a campaign, see Changing Campaign Approvers .
Notes
- The Approvers tab is available for all campaigns, regardless of status (scheduled, active, or completed).
- Axonius updates the table automatically when you change an approver.
- The Users to Certify count represents unique users, not total review items (one user can have multiple permissions to review).
- Approvers with no pending review items don't appear in the table.

- Name - The approver's full name.
- Email - The approver's email address (appears when you hover over the row).
- Title - The approver's job title.
- Department - The approver's department.
- Users to Certify - The number of unique users whose permissions this approver needs to review.
- Certification Status - The number of review items with decisions out of the total number of items assigned (for example, 15/50).
- Certification Progress - A visual progress bar that shows the percentage of review items completed.
Searching for Approvers
To search for a specific approver:

- Type at least 2 characters of the approver's name, email, title, or department.

Available Actions
When you hover over an approver row, you can:
- Change Approver - Delegate the approver's review responsibilities to another user (requires Update permission for the Enforcements category).
For more information about changing approvers, see Changing Campaign Approvers.
Understanding Certification Progress
The Certification Progress column shows how much of the review the approver has completed:
- 0% - The approver hasn't made any decisions yet.
- 1-99% - The approver has made decisions on some review items.
- 100% - The approver has completed all assigned review items.
The Certification Status column shows the exact count (for example, 15/50 means 15 decisions made out of 50 total items).
