Types of Assets Fetched

This adapter fetches the following types of assets:

Parameters

  1. Aruba Host (required) - The hostname or IP address of the Aruba server.

  2. Port (optional) - The port used for the connection.

  3. Is OS CX device (required, default: True) - Select whether the switch is managed by the AOS-CX operating system.

    • When enabled, Axonius considers the connected switch as managed by the AOS-CX operating system.
    • When disabled, Axonius does not consider the connected switch as managed by the AOS-CX operating system.
  4. Is EdgeConnect device (required, default: True) - Select whether the switch is managed by the EdgeConnect SD-WAN.

    • When enabled, the adapter fetches data from Aruba EdgeConnect appliances.
    • When disabled, the adapter does not fetch data from Aruba EdgeConnect appliances
  5. User Name and Password (required) - The user name and password to access routers.

  6. Verify SSL - Select whether to verify the SSL certificate of the server against the CA database inside of Axonius. For more details, see SSL Trust & CA Settings.

  7. Use SSL (required, default: False) - Select whether to connect to the server with SSL.

    • When enabled, the connection uses SSL (HTTPS).
    • If disabled, the connection does not use SSL (HTTP).
