Ruckus Virtual SmartZone
Ruckus vSZ is a virtualized network management system that offers centralized control and monitoring of Wi-Fi networks.
Types of Assets Fetched
This adapter fetches the following types of assets:

Parameters

Host Name or IP Address (required) - The hostname or IP address of the Ruckus vSZ server. If your environment uses a non-default port, you can include the port and API path suffix directly in this field. Example:
192.168.1.10:8443/wsg/api/publicThe recommended Ruckus API path is /wsg/api/public on port 8443. A deprecated alternative is /api/public on port 7443. -
User Name and Password (required) - The credentials for a user account that has permission to fetch assets.

Verify SSL - Select whether to verify the SSL certificate of the server against the CA database inside of Axonius. For more details, see SSL Trust & CA Settings.

HTTPS Proxy (optional) - Connect the adapter to a proxy instead of directly connecting it to the domain.

HTTPS Proxy User Name (optional) - The user name to use when connecting to the value supplied in Host Name or IP Address via the value supplied in HTTPS Proxy.

HTTPS Proxy Password (optional) - The password to use when connecting to the server using the HTTPS Proxy.

APIs
Axonius uses the Ruckus Virtual SmartZone Public API.
Required Ports
Axonius communicates via TCP port 443 by default. However, Ruckus Virtual SmartZone natively supports API access on the following ports, which can be specified directly in the Host Name or IP Address field:
- Port 8443 with path /wsg/api/public (Ruckus recommended)
- Port 7443 with path /api/public (Deprecated by Ruckus)
