Workday - Suspend User suspends a Workday user account for:
- User assets that match the results of the selected saved query, and match the Enforcement Action Conditions, if defined or assets selected on the relevant asset page.

Note:
- Not all asset categories are supported for all Enforcement Actions.

General Settings
- Action name - The name of this Enforcement Action. The system sets a default name. You can change the name.
- Configure Dynamic Values - Toggle on to enter a Dynamic Value statement. See Creating Enforcement Action Dynamic Value Statements to learn more about Dynamic Value statement syntax.
- Use stored credentials from Workday - Select this option to use Workday adapter credentials.
- When you select this option, the Select Adapter Connection drop-down is available, and you can choose which adapter connection to use for this Enforcement Action.
Note:
To use this option, you must successfully configure a Workday adapter connection.
Required Fields
These fields are required to run the Enforcement Action.
Compute Node - The Axonius node to use when connecting to the specified host. For more details, see Connecting Additional Axonius Nodes.
Additional Fields
These fields are optional.
- Workday Domain - The domain name or IP address of the Workday domain.
- Workday Tenant Name - The Workday tenant name.
- User Name - The user name of the account used to access Workday.
- Password - The password of the user account used to access Workday.

- Custom Report URL - The URL used for custom reports.
- Fetch Only from the Custom Report - Only fetch data from the custom report and not from the default report.
- X.509 Private Key - Click Upload File to upload the file that contains the X.509 private key.
- X.509 Public Key - Click Upload File to upload the file that contains the X.509 public key.
- X.509 Passphrase - The X.509 passphrase.
- Tenant Login URL - The Workday tenant login URL.
- Read Only Admin Username - The username for a read only Admin account.
- Read Only Admin Password - The password for a read only Admin account.
- 2FA Secret Key - The secret generated in Workday for setting up 2-factor authentication.
- Verify SSL (optional) - Select whether to verify the SSL certificate of the server against the CA database inside of Axonius. For more details, see SSL Trust & CA Settings.
- HTTPS Proxy Password (optional) - The password to use when connecting to the server using the HTTPS Proxy.
- HTTPS Proxy User Name (optional) - The user name to use when connecting to the server using the HTTPS Proxy.
- HTTPS Proxy (optional) - Connect the adapter to a proxy instead of directly connecting it to the domain.
- Gateway Name - Select the Gateway through which to connect to perform the action.

Required Permissions
The credentials being used must have the following permissions:
update_Workday_Account: access to Workday_Account_for_Worker_Data
