RescueAssist (GoToAssist)

RescueAssist (formerly GoToAssist) is a cloud-based toolset for IT and customer support teams including remote support, IT monitoring, and service desk management.

Types of Assets Fetched

This adapter fetches the following types of assets:

Parameters

1. Client ID and Client Secret (required) - The credentials for an account that has authorization to the RescueAssist API. Follow GoTo Assist How to create an OAuth Client for details.
2. User Name and Password (required) - The credentials for a user account that has the permissions to fetch assets. Refer to GoTo Assist documentation for details.
