Create a Dashboard Chart

You can customize the Axonius Dashboard with charts that track the relevant metrics and show immediate insights based on your saved queries.

The Axonius Dashboard page opens by default every time you login to Axonius. You can open the dashboard page by clicking the icon on the left navigation panel.

The dashboard consists of:

• Search Bar - Provides a free text search to identify and investigate a specific asset.

  NOTE

  You can add Axonius as an '"other search engine" in Google Chrome to search for assets in Axonius directly from the Google Chrome address bar. For details, see Searching for Assets.

• Dashboards - Axonius includes two default Dashboards: "My Dashboard" and "Axonius Dashboard".

  • Axonius Dashboard is displayed by default. You can add new charts to each Dashboard, add additional Dashboards for your needs, and rename and delete existing ones.

• Charts - Once data is collected, the default Axonius Dashboard appears, displaying the default Axonius charts. For more details on each chart, see Default Charts.

To Achieve this Milestone

Go to the Axonius Dashboard, and add a chart to any of the default Dashboards or to a new custom Dashboard.

Creating New Dashboards and Charts

Axonius includes two default dashboard spaces: My Dashboard and Axonius Dashboard. Axonius Dashboard is displayed by default.

To create a new Dashboard with charts

1. Open the Dashboard page by clicking the icon on the left navigation panel.
2. Click Add Dashboard to add a new empty Dashboard.
3. Click the large + card to configure a new chart. For details about Axonius custom charts types and the required configuration, see Working with Custom Charts.

You can add additional dashboards for your needs, as well as rename and delete existing ones.
