The User Profile page consists of several tabs:

Adapter Connections Tab

The Adapter Connections tab displays the user information per adapter.
The left panel displays the list of adapter connections that are correlated to this user.
When you click on any of the listed adapters, the specific properties of the user collected from the selected/clicked adapter is displayed in the page main area.

If you have defined a Adapter Connection Label on the adapter connection configuration, it will be connected to the adapter name value for the relevant adapter connection tab. This can assist with distinguishing between two connections from the same adapter.

In addition to the different adapters listed under the Adapter Connections tab, you might see WMI Info adapter. This adapter is displayed only if 'Run WMI Scan' has been executed on the Microsoft Active Directory (AD) server that manages the user. For more details, see Action Library.

Under all displayed adapters, the last displayed adapter is Custom Data. It displays custom data for the user, and enables you to define custom fields for the user. For more details on using custom fields, see Working with Custom Data..

Advanced View

The User Profile page contains all parsed data. Use Advanced View to see the raw data as returned from the adapter, including unparsed data in XML or JSON format.
Refer to Device Profile Page for full information about Advanced View options.

Aggregated Tab

The Aggregated tab displays consolidated and correlated data from all adapters about the user (“Basic Info”) and pre-defined highlighted/advanced data from specific adapters, displayed on the left panel:

NOTE
Currently, the highlighted data consists of mainly WMI collected data for devices correlated from Microsoft Active Directory (AD).
  • Basic Info – consolidated and correlated properties of the user based on all the adapters connected, for example the username, first and last name, mail, etc.

  • Associated Devices - list of devices that are associated with the user, meaning that the user information was retrieved along with the device information.

Noncompliant CIS Controls Tab

The Noncompliant CIS Controls tab displays CIS benchmark controls (rules) for all users who are noncompliant.
Use Search to drill down to results by Category, Control, or Section.
Click a benchmark control to open the Control (Rule) Details drawer, which displays a detailed description of the benchmark control and its remediation. For more information, see Control Details Drawer.

Notes Tab

Use Notes to add notes to users, and view a list of custom notes about the user, including the Axonius user who added the note and the time the note was added. To add a note, click Add Note. Use the Search bar of that page to search a list of notes on a device.

Tags Tab

The Tags tab displays the list of tags associated with the user. It also shows tags with an expiration date.
To edit the user tags, click Edit Tags. Select the tags to be associated with the user and unselect tags you wish to unassociate from the user.
You can set an expiration date for tags, edit or delete the expiration date, see Tags

Asset Investigation Tab

Use the Asset Investigation tab to view details about how Assets change over time. The Asset Investigation tab shows information about changes to assets on your system. You can see changes over time, track specific assets and create a report of changed assets. To learn more about the Asset Investigation tab see Asset Investigation and Asset Comparison Report.
