Enforcement Tasks Page

The Enforcement Tasks page displays a list of enforcement sets that have been run or are still in progress.

An enforcement set can include from one to four enforcement actions. Each time the enforcement set is run a task is created and listed in the Tasks list. For example, if an enforcement set is scheduled to run four times a day, four tasks are created; one for each run.

To open the Enforcement Tasks page.

  1. Click image.png icon on the left navigation panel. The Enforcement Tasks Center page opens.
  2. Click View Tasks.


The Enforcement Center page consists of the following main elements:

Search Bar
Use the Search bar to filter the displayed enforcement set tasks by free text search on all text fields.
To search for specific enforcement tasks in the search bar, type the desired search text (not case sensitive) and press Enter.

You can filter the display by status, or by tasks that were performed on a certain date.
To filter by status:

  1. Click the status drop down box.


  1. Select the status that you want to display in the table; and the table is updated.

    You can use Select All, or Clear All.

To filter by date

  1. Click in the date box; a date picker opens

  2. Click a start and end date.

  3. Click Select Time to select a time range on those dates.

  4. Click OK; the table displays results from the date selected.
    Reset clears all filters selected.

Total Results
Displays the total number of enforcement tasks found for the search criteria on the top left side of the enforcement tasks table. If no filtering is done, the total results represent the total enforcement tasks number defined.

Enforcement Tasks Table

Displays the following configured enforcement task information. You can mouse over and click the arrows to sort by each column.

  • Task Name – the Enforcement Task name. It consists of the enforcement set name with the Task ID.

  • Status – the enforcement task status: ‘Completed Successfully', 'Completed with Errors’, 'In Progress' or 'Terminated'.

  • Successful / Total – the number of entities for which the enforcement Main Action has been completed successfully out of the total number of entities the Main Action has been performed on.

  • Main Action Name – the enforcement set main action name.

  • Main Action Type – the enforcement set main action type.

  • Start Time – the timestamp on which the Enforcement Task was initiated.

  • End Time – the timestamp on which the Enforcement Task was completed.

  • Query Name – the selected saved query for the enforcement set trigger.

  • Execution Conditions - the trigger schedule type, if configured.

Terminating an Action

You can terminate Enforcement actions that are in progress.

  1. Select enforcement tasks that are currently 'In Progress'.
  2. Click Actions and choose Terminate Task.


The tasks you selected will stop and the table will show that the task was terminated.


Only tasks that are in progress will be terminated.

Table Navigation Elements
By default, 20 results are displayed in each of the tables page. You can change the number of results per page and choose between 20, 50 or 100, by clicking the appropriate icon on the bottom left side of the table: image.png
Moving between pages is done by the pagination bar on the bottom right side of the table: image.png

Click a specific enforcement task to open the Enforcement Task Summary page and view details about the selected enforcement task. For more details, see Enforcement Task Summary Page.

Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
